It was my first time going to a cafe in the Farrer Park/Rangoon area.. And I tried the Umami pasta!

Deng deng deng!

I could eat them prawns all day long haha. That was the best part of the pasta (the ebiko too!). I love the chewiness of frozen prawns but nothing beats the flavour and succulence of fresh prawns luh.

The sauce was tad jelat for me (because I'm ultimately a vongole and aglio olio person.. Can't do cream/tomato sauce). And I wasn't expecting angel hair I guess. I still prefer good ol' spaghetti or fusilli!

Dashing off for Japanese lessons now… And I can't wait to buy my favourite mentaiko baguette and spinach + red cheddar breaaaad.

Yummm. I can taste the crispness and buttery taste in my mouth already 😋
